This package does not require a production payment since no physical execution, rentals, or event-day services are included.
Full Planning Wedding
Starting Investment: $8,500+
Design & Planning Retainer (35%)
$2,975 due at contract signing
Secures your date and initiates full-service planning, design development, vendor sourcing, and timeline coordination.
Production Payment (35%)
$2,975 due 90 days prior to the event
Covers ongoing planning, vendor coordination, and preparation leading into production.
Final Balance (30%)
$2,550 due 21 days prior to the event
All balances must be paid in full prior to event week.
Payment Terms:
A non-refundable design and planning retainer of 35% is due at the time of contract signing to secure your event date. A second payment of 35% is due 60–90 days prior to the event date, depending on event scope. The remaining balance of 30% is due no later than 14–21 days prior to the event. All services require payment in full prior to event week.
On-site coordination is billed separately and is based on the number of hours and labor required.
Partial Planning – Wedding
Starting Investment: $4,500+
Design & Planning Retainer (40%)
$1,800 due at contract signing
Secures your event date and initiates planning support, design direction, timeline coordination, and vendor guidance.
Production Payment (35%)
$1,575 due 60 days prior to the event
Supports continued planning, coordination, and preparation leading into final event details.
Final Balance (25%)
$1,125 due 21 days prior to the event
All balances must be paid in full prior to event week.

A non-refundable design and planning retainer of 40% is due at the time of contract signing to secure your event date. A second payment of 35% is due 45–60 days prior to the event date, depending on scope. The remaining balance of 25% is due no later than 14–21 days prior to the event. All services must be paid in full prior to event week.
Additional meetings beyond the package allotment are billed separately at $150 per hour.

Design & Planning Retainer (50%)

Secures your date and initiates month-of preparation, document review, vendor communication, and pre-event coordination.
Final Balance (50%)
$1,250 due 14 days prior to the event
All balances must be paid in full prior to event week.
Because this package does not include extended design development or production services, a production payment is not required.

A non-refundable retainer of 50% is due at the time of contract signing to secure your event date and begin month-of coordination services. The remaining balance is due no later than 10–14 days prior to the event. All services must be paid in full prior to event week.

Payment Terms
To ensure a seamless planning experience and the highest level of service, Days 2 Remember operates under the following payment structure for all events.
Design & Planning Retainer
A non-refundable retainer of 35–40% of the total investment is required at the time of contract signing.
This retainer secures your event date and initiates the design, planning, and creative development process. The retainer is applied toward the total event investment.
Production Payment
A second payment of 35–40% of the total investment is due 60–90 days prior to the event date.
This payment allows for the procurement of materials, rentals, custom elements, and labor required to execute your event design.
Final Balance
The remaining 20–30% balance is due 14–30 days prior to the event date, depending on the scope of the event.
All events must be paid in full prior to event week. No payments are accepted on the event date.
Additional Services & Design Changes
Any additions or changes requested after the design has been approved will be invoiced separately and are due upon approval. Availability of additional services is not guaranteed once production has begun.
Late Payments
Payments not received by the scheduled due date may be subject to a late fee. Event execution is contingent upon full payment being received in accordance with this agreement.
