Meet with us for a free 1 hour consultation where we will discuss your event and learn more about you & your vision. After this conversation we can best recommend which of our packages best meets your needs. If getting the overall feel and direction is the only thing you need, our styling consultation package will be the perfect fit!
Event Styling (One time support) | $500.00
- This package includes your “playbook,” after our in depth consulatation we will design you an inspiration board with a color palette.
- You can simply send this visual board to your florist, baker, venue, etc. your inspiration board is sure to make the overall feel and design come together as one.
- This is the perfect package for those who have no trouble executing but need help on a direction and pulling together a cohesive plan.
Package 1 – Platinum
- This package is typically best suited for the event that is in the early planning stages; a venue may or may not have been selected with the majority of the other vendors such as food, photographer, decor transportation, entertainment, florist, DJ, etc. still needing selection.
- We work with you to get the overall feel and tone of your event. We work off our preferred vendor list to best match your needs and style. Before scheduling meetings for you & the vendor we first meet with them to vet them for your specific event.
This package includes; your inspiration board, walk through of the event space, coordination of timeline, vendor selection, venue support, unlimited phone consults / meetings , decor planning and discussions for all event related needs.
- *onsite coordination is billed seperately for day of event and is based on number of hours + amount of labor needed.
Full Planning wedding $8,500.00 +
Full planning other events such as birthday, retirement, etc. $4,000
Package 2 – Gold
- Our Partial Planning Package is an ideal option for the client who has already completed portions of their planning and require less assistance than a Full Service Package. This offering is designed to allow the client a hands-on role in their planning activities along with our professional assistance to guide them along the way.
- This package includes; your inspiration board, walk through of the event space, coordination of timeline , vendor selection, venue support, 10 phone/ in person at our site meetings. If additional meetings are desired they are charged at $150 per an additional 1 hour meeting, which can be used to discuss anything event related.
Partial Planning (wedding ) $4,500.00+

Package 3 – Silver

Our Month of Planning package can also be referred to as “Day of Coordination.”
- This package is for the client who has all of their vendors booked, the event is designed but they would like a professional to oversee everything on the day of the event. We will start our relationship about a month before your event date and get caught up on everything you have done up until that time.
- Why this package is important? Have you ever planned an event down to the very last detail & when it came time for those few hours or day of the actual event you found yourself putting out fires, making decisions, and wondering about details? Our day of event coordination package allows you to be present and fully enjoy the event in every way that you desire & deserve. We meet to fully understand your vision, the schedule, oversee that final walk through, plans a, b, & c, and basically act as “you” when it comes time for the actual event. This plan includes 4 meetings & walk through of the venue. Final check in with vendors & venue.
Month of Planning (wedding) $2,500.00 +

Day of Event Decorator
Our day of event decorator package may be the perfect option if you are looking for professional helping hands to execute your already planned event. We rate our decorators at $150 per a stylist by the hour. Our consult will determine the quote of hours needed to accomplish your vision.

- The labor/ service charge is 25% of the decor rental.
