FAQ

Q: Why rent from Days 2 Remember?

A:  Days 2 Remember provides great customer service and is fully insured, trained and certified by the State of New Jersey to ensure your safety and peace of mind.  Upon delivery, we will provide you with State of New Jersey certification tags to ensure that you are renting a safe unit.  Although the idea of saving a few dollars on your next event may sound great, it is never safe to sacrifice on safety, cleanliness and great customer service.

Q: What is the deposit and payment policy?

A: We require a credit card deposit of $50 upon reservation for charges of $1,000 or less. Rentals of $1,000 or more, will require a 25% deposit. Balance of payments must be paid 5 days before your event. We offer several payment options, such as payment by credit card or cash . A returned card transaction of $35 will be charged for all returned transactions.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy for Bad Weather?

A: In the event of severe bad weather conditions (IE. High Winds, Torrential Downpours etc.) during the scheduled hours of your event, Days 2 Remember reserves the right to cancel the event. If the weather is not too severe, Days 2 Remember will give the customer the right to either cancel or re-schedule the event. If the event is cancelled due to a weather related reason, the customer will be given the option to receive a full refund of any payments made or apply those payments to a later date. Please note that once the equipment is delivered, there will be no refunds or credits of any kind. Full refund is only available for weather related issues.

Q: What areas do you serve?

A:  We service all of Camden, Burlington, and  Gloucester counties.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Days 2 Remember is fully insured and inspected/certified by the state of New Jersey. Remember to make sure that the companies you are considering are insured and that their rides are registered and inspected by the State of NJ.

Q: What are the yard requirements for the set up of the inflatable?

A:  It is required that there are no pet droppings or sharp objects on the ground such as rocks or sticks that can puncture the inflatable. We also require that in-ground sprinkler systems be turned off and sprinkler heads be disengaged. The surface should be as flat as possible and there should be an electrical outlet within 100 Feet of the inflatable. We can provide a generator if needed with prior notice for an additional price.

Q: Do you deliver and set up?

A: Yes, Days 2 Remember will deliver as well as set up your equipment and take down the units at the end of the event.

Q: What is the rental period?

A:  We provide full day rentals!! 

Q: Do you provide attendants?

A:  Attendants can be provided at an additional cost at time of booking.

Q: Can you set up inflatables indoors or in parks?

A: Yes, any of our units can be set up indoors as long as there is sufficient space and height clearance.

Indoor facilities such as gyms, auditoriums, catering halls and YMCA’s etc., are also a great alternative providing that there is enough ceiling clearance.

Q: How many children can safely bounce on an inflatable?

A:  This generally depends on the inflatable and the age and size of the children. The amount can range between 4-10 children of equal size and age, depending on the capacity of the inflatable and parents’ good judgment of course.

Q: How far in advance should I make a reservation?

A:  Days 2 Remember has a first come first serve policy. Inflatables can be reserved weeks and even months in advance for holidays and graduation season. It is recommended that you book your reservation well in advance, with 6-8 weeks being a good time frame. However, we do offer and welcome last minute reservations based on availability.

Q: What should I expect upon booking and the day of my event?

A: On the day of booking, you will receive a confirmation for booking and reserving your unit(s) on the desired date. We will also contact you a day or two before your event date to review your event details and time frame for delivery. 

Q: What do we need in order to rent a bounce house?

A: Our inflatables and equipment must be on level ground or the unit will not operate correctly. We must have direct access to the area where the unit will be set up. We need to be notified of any high walls, steep drops or any other obstacles. The inflatables cannot be erected against fences, walls, decks or other structures that can damage the unit or possibly injure the occupants. The area above the unit must also have clearance. There should be no low hanging tree branches or power lines overhead. Driveways (or streets for block parties) are fine, just be sure to let us know ahead of time so we bring sand bags instead of stakes to secure the inflatable.

 

Our staff has the option of not setting up the equipment if the area does not meet the requirements or if the safety of the occupants is at risk. We need at least 5 feet of clearance around all sides of the unit.
The standard unit requires a 20 AMP circuit for the blower.

 

It will run continuously throughout the event. We will provide 100’ of extension cords. If equipment will be further please notify us. We operate using the Watchdog Safety Siren to alert parents and staff of the unlikely event of a blower getting unplugged.
